How can I tell if my theme is compatible with WordPress 3 Menus?

For use of the included columns shortcode (which is optional), enabled PHP module PCRE version 7.8 or later is required on your server. You can check your version by using phpinfo(). PCRE 7.8 has been around since 2008, so most servers should support this.
